Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)

Job Description:

1. To Maintain and analyze data of number of admission, discharges, referred on daily, weekly, monthly.

2. To train, support and motivate staff for their work

3. To handle patient/visitor queries as they arise and to analyze and circulate (to respective departments) the feedbacks of patients and close the status of the same.

4. To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction and be proactive in managing any issue, complaints and grievances that is identified.

5. To act on feedbacks and complaints of the patient and communicate to the team and take corrective and preventive action.

6. To ensure that the procedure are done as per SOPs and the checklists are followed through proper documentation.
