| Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details) | Job Description: 1. To take daily IPD rounds and Plan Diet. 2. Conducting Nutritional Initial Assessment within 24 hours of admission. 3. To access intake of patients and to motivate them to eat. 4. Identify specific nutrient need related to patient diagnosis and protocol and provide food as per Medical Nutrition Therapy. 5. To give diet counselling in IPD patients during time of discharge. 6. Tasting of food before it is served to the patients. Other Skills: 1. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill 2. Able to work in a team and independently 3. Maintain co-ordination between staff nurses, F&B staff and other staff. 4. Help Patient achieve safety and satisfaction |
